All students who have an EHCP will be assigned a dedicated tutor from learning support. The tutor will meet with you on a regular basis and work with you to ensure you are working towards your EHCP outcomes. You will be fully involved in all steps of the process, from setting up your support plan, to regular reviews to check things are going OK. Together you will work towards your annual review, where your progress will be discussed; along with whether the support is working well and planning your next steps, either continuing in education, an apprenticeship or employment.
