Studying at college and balancing life at home can be challenging. We have put together some information on this site that could be useful if you need a little extra support. Remember you can also refer yourself to wellbeing using the link in the top bar of the website.

Whether you have a strong support system or not, maintaining a balance is not easy. Trying to keep everything afloat can be worrying and stressful, but it is important to remember that you are not alone.

There are people you can talk to at college who may be able to give you some useful tips to maintain the balance.

Within the subcatagories you can find through the buttons above, or to the left of the website, we have compiled lists of some organisations who can help with things like housing issues and childcare.

Relationships are an important element to everyone’s lives, whether that is with a partner, family member or friends.

Healthy relationships improve our lives and make us happy. Unhealthy relationships can cause a direct impact on our mental health; therefore, it is important to recognise the signs of an unhealthy relationship and use the resources provided to seek help.

Some signs of abuse are hard to spot and therefore hard to stop! Have a look through the resources provided in this section and get in touch with someone if you need help.
